Our service is free, impartial and confidential. With many years of business experience between them, our team of business counsellors will usually be able to help you work through your ideas and challenges so that you find the correct solution.

The business counsellors will discuss some of the below areas:

  • If you should start up in the first place
  • What training you may need
  • What finance is available
  • How strong your business idea is
  • Help you with business plan structure, development and review
  • Identifying your potential customers and marketing strategies
  • How to undertake market research, estimate demand and forecast sales
  • What risks exist
  • How to structure the start-up business
  • How to move the business forward
  • Dealing with competition

This service is offered in a relaxed, professional environment and you will be working with the same business counsellor, so that they are familiar with you and your business progress.

If they can’t they’ll know someone who can. Our service also includes legal, financial and other professional help.
